Professor Elemental is a neo-Victorian hip hop emcee from Brighton whose act sits somewhere between a rap show, a stand-up set and a tea ceremony. He broke through in 2008 with the video for "Cup of Brown Joy," followed by "Fighting Trousers," which has passed four million views on YouTube. Since then he's built a catalogue of around ten albums alongside novels, comic books and voiceover work for video games, cartoons and adverts. A fixture of the UK and US steampunk circuit, he's played everything from festivals and conventions to weddings and burlesque nights, and can be commissioned to write bespoke songs for private events. Live, expect improvised verses, sharp wordplay and a pith helmet.
